OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where our principal office is located (currently Ohio), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at weareinsuranceplanners@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to non-binding mediation, and if unresolved, to binding arbitration on an individual basis in the county of our principal office, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where jurisdiction allows. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
